Noble and distinguished, Riesling wine is the one for gastronomic pairing with the most sophisticated and most delicate dishes : fishes, white meats and poultry cooked without excess of spices, with cremated sauces or in the white wine. Riesling is also a great selection to pair with exotic dishes : dishes with citrus fruits notes, lemon or grapefruit, as well as with fresh qnd crude fish (sushis). Its fine acidity and its minérality also reveal the flavor of dry goat cheeses.
