Powerful and smooth on the palate, this big seducer wine will charm you by his flavours of candied fruits in final. Very subtle wine.
Rich, long in mouth, sometimes slightly smoked, the Pinot gris brings all its scale to the most delicious dishes: foie gras, white meats, poultry in sauce and even game birds.
Less common marriages: the power of the Pinot gris and its autumnal nuances (mushrooms, froths(mosses), undergrowth) become allied to the intense flavors of the sweet bread, the calf's liver or the kidneys as well as to the flavors of all the dishes with mushrooms.
