Tasting note : Dark and deep red colour reveals garnet reflections. The nose exhales beautiful aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry), with notes of leather and vanilla. The mouth, ample and well-balanced, restores the fruity of wild berries. Silky tannins structure the wine, conferring him harmony and length.
The Pinot noir develops aromas of persistent red berries (especially cherry). It pairs nicely with delicatessen, white or red meat simple dishes with French fries for example or other vegetables.
Vegan: soufflé of Zucchinis in tomato coulis, precious of red cabbage in prunes, baba in cherry perfumes with leaf of verbena citronelle tea.
